We are offering 30% off 2 of the best caviar’s in the world.

Royal Beluga, one of the top names in the world of caviar. The grey metallic shimmering looking sturgeon roe was once only enjoyed by royalty and heads of state.
This is without a doubt one of our top caviar’s.With roe size of between 2.9-3.3 mm, a lingering creamy aftertaste on the back of your tongue and with our 30% off untl the end of March this is an offer that is hard to say no to.
Our second offer is the little known Superior Freshwater Beluga. Less known that the Royal Beluga it’s is one of the most surprising caviar’s in our selection.
This is a caviar that surprises every time when we have done tastings. We love to see people’s eyebrows arch up every time they taste it. This caviar is more’ish and a well kept secret. That it’s cheaper than the Royal Beluga is down to the fact that i’ts not as well known, yet!
The Superior Freshwater Beluga is a bit bigger than the Royal Beluga, between 3,0-3,3 mm roe. Lighter in colour and a tad less salty. It pops a bit more on the tongue but the aftertaste is what wins people over every time.
WE speak a lot about the “creamy aftertaste” on the back of the tongue with all caviar’s. This caviar literally explodes in your mouth and has a great combination of salt and texture.
If you can’t make up your mind then we also offer the duo selection. from 10 gram – 250 gram tins of both. Take a smaller tin of each and make up your own mind. Don’t miss out on this amazing offer.a stunning 30% off until the 31st of March.Have a look at our “special offer” selection: https://www.caviarclassic-london.com/collections/special-offers

Imperial Beluga Reserve Caviar

Our newest Beluga caviar. It’s stunning, it’s delicious and it’s not cheap.

Imperial Beluga Reserve.
Most caviar’s have a roe size of between 2,0 – 2,8. The Baerii, Oscietra, Hybrid’s and so on. The traditional Beluga’s will be about 2,8-3,2 mm. The Good Beluga’s mite even stretch to 3,5 mm. But have you ever seen a Beluga roe of 3,8-4,0 mm? WEll, we have found one. It’s truly stunning. And there is quite a lot of truth in the saying “size does matter”!
Wow, the taste is very impressive, a lot more pop and much creamier than most other Beluga’s. And don’t be put off by the fact that it’s from Bulgaria. I was very skeptical when I first found out where it was from. But generally it’s a cost issue. Obviously when talking about a quality product production costs can be very high, and run into millions. Being able to find a location where you can cut away many of those costs and concentrate on producing a high quality product is a gamble. But these guys have done it.
I have tasted Caviar from just about all over the world. Like good wines what you put into it, the local environment and a simple thing such as water, feed and time will determine what you get out of it.
Caviar producers have really started upping their game over the last 5 years and now the results are begging to bear fruit.
Anyway, back to this stunning Imperial Beluga Reserve. Over 4 mm roe, a lovely shimmering metallic colour and a taste that just makes you want more. If you can afford it then here it is. But yes, it’s not cheap. This caviar has taken years of patience and hard work to create. And with a kilo price of over £5,000 you really have to love caviar to be able to afford it. If you can then you get a product that is stunning and worth every penny.

Delivery time is between 2-4 days. Unless you really need it, then we can deliver same day.
