We are expanding our caviar selection again!

We are proud to have one of the largest caviar selections in UK/Europe.

We are constantly looking for new products to add to our ever expanding caviar selection.

When we started 6 years ago we had 3 types of caviar. Every year we like to add 1-2 new new products to show that we are growing with demands.

We have had many requests for a more economic caviar that can be used for large events or just to top off canape’s and fish-dishes. We have now added to “Classic” types of caviar. One is the Baerii and the other is an Oscietra. Much cheaper and perfect for large scale events or when your just looking for a more basic caviar. The price reflects this.

We will also be adding a “classic Beluga” In October. This will be about 30% cheaper than the Royal Beluga.  This will bring our selection of “Real” Sturgeon Caviar’s up to 12 types.

If your a Caviar lover like many of our customers and ourselves then you will find our website to be a pure treasure trove of pleasure.

Drop by our online store and if you have any questions then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Sincerely

Darren & The Team.

Freshwater Beluga White (Albino) caviar.

Every now and then a sturgeon will produce a roe that is a bit off colour or even white. No one ever knows when this happens, but when it does this caviar is out of this world.

Known as a white or Albino caviar the taste is totally exceptional and would often cost 3-4 times more than the normal caviar. We are now offering the Freshwater Beluga white ( Huso Dauricus) for the same price as the traditional.

Freshwater Beluga White caviar. 40% off.

Superior beluga white 2

From the recent feedback from customers who have tried it, it’s not only been declared as delicious but one regular customer said that it was the best caviar she had EVER tasted.

At present we can offer up to 40% off this stunning caviar for the rest of July. As previously mentioned, we never know when the next delivery will be. Our supplier has just received about 20 kilo, that should last until the end of July. So grab your tin and see what all the hype is about.

A true caviar story: What is the liquid in caviar?

I started selling Caviar just over 6 years ago. Well to be honest. I was offered a job with a small caviar company that had just started in London. 1 year later I took over the company when they decided they wanted to close down. Going from knowing basically nothing about Caviar/Sturgeon to studying every evening to get as much knowledge as possible. I was always of the opinion that if your going to do something, then do it to your best abilities.

One of my first customers after taking over the business was an elderly gentleman who liked to a spoonful of caviar every day. Mister X had been buying from me for a few years and was a satisfied customer.

Now Mr X liked to buy big tins of caviar, and it would take him over a week to finish off a big tin of caviar, eating a spoonful or 2 every day. One day I get a call from Mr X who is not happy. He explains that he believes that someone is adding water to his tin of Caviar and would like to show me. As he lived about half an hour from our office I go and visit him the same afternoon.

Mr X takes out a tin of caviar from his fridge, takes off the lid and explains what his issue is, pointing his finger. In the middle of the tin of caviar is, as he says, a puddle of liquid.

He tells me that he has been pouring it out every now and then, and he is not impressed. I was quite surprised that he had been pouring this liquid on a regular basis and explain to him that this little so called puddle is actually pure omega3 oil. One of the most important ingredients found in caviar. I further explain that as he only eats a small amount of caviar every day, and taking nearly a week to eat a big tin that maybe he would be better off buying smaller tins? This would mean that the caviar was always fresh and he would enjoy it more. I furthermore explained that if he ever came across this little pool of omega3 again, then gently stir it back in to the caviar or eat it with a spoon. Omega3 is known as pure brain-food and is good for both heart and brain.

So please, if you ever come across this issue, don’t throw it away. Enjoy it!

Love your caviar. Not only does it taste amazing, it’s good for you.

From Baerii to Beluga. Our caviar selection is growing.

Lets be honest. We don’t like Caviar. WE LOVE IT !!. Maybe that’s why we have such a wide selection. But to get to these specific Caviar’s we kiss a lot of frogs. For every caviar you see below, we taste at least 4-5 others. and not that the others were bad. Just that these better;) . We want to be a market leader in the Caviar industry. We had to fight to get where we are, and we did it with product quality, fair pricing and exceptional customer service.

We don’t really care if your a Mr/Mrs/Miss./Lord/Lady..a Celebrity, a cleaner, a bus driver, a lolly-pop man/woman.. If you like caviar then WE LOVE YOU ;)). Therefore we have made sure to have a caviar for everyone. From Baerii to Beluga, lets’ find your favourite.

We also think that they are quite colorful. 😉

New exciting caviar. The Siberian Oscietra Hybrid Caviar.

We believe that we have a good/wide selection of Sturgeon Caviar. From the Classic Baerii to the Royal Beluga.

The Asetra/Oscietra Caviar, also known as the Russian Sturgeon has been one of the most popular Caviar’s on the market for many years. It is just as well known as the Beluga, but always about 1/3 of the price. This is changing as demand for the Asetra/Oscietra Caviar grows, so does the price.

So it is always a pleasure to introduce a cheaper alternative that lies very close to the Asetra/Oscietra. This is because this Caviar is part Oscietra. The Siberian Oscietra Hybrid Caviar. Smotth, creamy, half Baerii/Half Oscietra, but very close to the Oscietra in taste, appearance and size. That it is somewhat cheaper doesn’t hurt.

WE are running severla great offers on this lovely Caviar durinfg April/May.

So grab yourself a bargain and try this creamy alternative. Customers are loving it. We are sure you will too.

We are offering 30% off 2 of the best caviar’s in the world.

Royal Beluga, one of the top names in the world of caviar. The grey metallic shimmering looking sturgeon roe was once only enjoyed by royalty and heads of state.
This is without a doubt one of our top caviar’s.With roe size of between 2.9-3.3 mm, a lingering creamy aftertaste on the back of your tongue and with our 30% off untl the end of March this is an offer that is hard to say no to.
Our second offer is the little known Superior Freshwater Beluga. Less known that the Royal Beluga it’s is one of the most surprising caviar’s in our selection.
This is a caviar that surprises every time when we have done tastings. We love to see people’s eyebrows arch up every time they taste it. This caviar is more’ish and a well kept secret. That it’s cheaper than the Royal Beluga is down to the fact that i’ts not as well known, yet!
The Superior Freshwater Beluga is a bit bigger than the Royal Beluga, between 3,0-3,3 mm roe. Lighter in colour and a tad less salty. It pops a bit more on the tongue but the aftertaste is what wins people over every time.
WE speak a lot about the “creamy aftertaste” on the back of the tongue with all caviar’s. This caviar literally explodes in your mouth and has a great combination of salt and texture.
If you can’t make up your mind then we also offer the duo selection. from 10 gram – 250 gram tins of both. Take a smaller tin of each and make up your own mind. Don’t miss out on this amazing offer.a stunning 30% off until the 31st of March.Have a look at our “special offer” selection: https://www.caviarclassic-london.com/collections/special-offers

Imperial Beluga Reserve Caviar

Our newest Beluga caviar. It’s stunning, it’s delicious and it’s not cheap.

Imperial Beluga Reserve.
Most caviar’s have a roe size of between 2,0 – 2,8. The Baerii, Oscietra, Hybrid’s and so on. The traditional Beluga’s will be about 2,8-3,2 mm. The Good Beluga’s mite even stretch to 3,5 mm. But have you ever seen a Beluga roe of 3,8-4,0 mm? WEll, we have found one. It’s truly stunning. And there is quite a lot of truth in the saying “size does matter”!
Wow, the taste is very impressive, a lot more pop and much creamier than most other Beluga’s. And don’t be put off by the fact that it’s from Bulgaria. I was very skeptical when I first found out where it was from. But generally it’s a cost issue. Obviously when talking about a quality product production costs can be very high, and run into millions. Being able to find a location where you can cut away many of those costs and concentrate on producing a high quality product is a gamble. But these guys have done it.
I have tasted Caviar from just about all over the world. Like good wines what you put into it, the local environment and a simple thing such as water, feed and time will determine what you get out of it.
Caviar producers have really started upping their game over the last 5 years and now the results are begging to bear fruit.
Anyway, back to this stunning Imperial Beluga Reserve. Over 4 mm roe, a lovely shimmering metallic colour and a taste that just makes you want more. If you can afford it then here it is. But yes, it’s not cheap. This caviar has taken years of patience and hard work to create. And with a kilo price of over £5,000 you really have to love caviar to be able to afford it. If you can then you get a product that is stunning and worth every penny.

Delivery time is between 2-4 days. Unless you really need it, then we can deliver same day.
